Wedding orders should be placed at least 6 months before the wedding date. Other special occasion orders should be placed at least 4 months before the event date.
Special occasion orders require a minimum purchase of 6 dozen cookies.
Yes. Bulk cookie orders for weddings, graduations, and other special occasions require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cookie price. The deposit is due immediately to reserve the order and will be deducted from the final balance. Customers may also choose to pay the full amount upfront.
Yes. Customers may request tray service for a flat fee. Final tray pricing will be added once confirmed.
Event delivery may be available within XX miles depending on the event location, date, and schedule. Customers may call with questions or exception requests.
For regular orders, cash or money order payment must be received within seven (7) days after the order is placed. Orders not paid within that timeframe may be automatically canceled.
For weddings, graduations, and other bulk orders, the required 50% non-refundable deposit must be received within seven (7) days after the order is placed by cash or money order. Event orders without the required deposit after seven days may be canceled.
A returning-customer account feature is planned for a future update. For now, customers can contact Kathy with questions about previous orders or reorders.

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon date and time unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. If a customer cannot arrive as scheduled, please contact Kathy as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within twenty-four (24) hours without prior communication or approved arrangements may be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Kathy's Cookies operates as a home-based bakery in accordance with applicable Ohio laws and regulations governing cottage food and home bakery operations. Products are prepared in a residential kitchen that is not subject to routine government inspection.
